Since we began operations in Thailand in 2013, we have been manufacturing and supplying products centered on transmission and transfer parts, with aluminum die casting, machining, and resin molding and welding as our production processes. We work every day to improve quality and productivity. In recent years, the environment surrounding manufacturing, including the automotive industry, has been changing significantly. In this context, with "High value-added work for people" in mind, we have been promoting DX using IoT and advancing Kaizen activities on our own production lines, achieving substantial results. From 2022, we began offering our in-house developed production monitoring system "iXacs" based on the know-how we have built through our own initiatives. We now provide consulting services on production improvement using "iXacs". We will continue to pursue improvements in our own productivity while offering the accumulated know-how and solutions to many companies, and contribute to the development of the manufacturing industry by realizing "smart and cost-effective manufacturing".
