Diecast

Aluminum die casting process from ingot to finished product.

Main Process Loop

Starting from raw material Ingot (aluminum ingot), the process follows in clockwise order:

  1. Melting

Aluminum ingots are melted in a furnace into molten metal.

  2. Spray Coating

Mold release agent is sprayed onto the mold surface to facilitate part removal and maintain surface quality.

  3. Injection

Molten aluminum is injected into the mold under high pressure.

  4. Part Removal

The solidified part is removed from the mold (e.g. by robot).

  5. Over Flow Pressing

The part is pressed to remove overflow or runner material initially.

  6. Trimming Pressing

The part goes through a trimming press to finish edges and achieve the final shape.

  7. Finish Goods

Finished parts are ready for handover or use.

  8. Back to Melting

Mold Maintenance

Mold maintenance (shown on the right) is a separate step to service, repair, or clean the mold so it is ready for the next production cycle.
